2. Differentiate between different Mental health Professionals found in the Secondary School environment.
3. Evaluate a district’s Mental health Resources to determine key components of the Mental Health EAP.
4. Assess a School’s needs and determine next steps for creating a Mental Health Plan.

5. Discuss recent literature regarding mental health screening practices in the student-athlete population.
6. Examine and appraise mental health screening tools and approaches based on current evidence in the literature.

7. Discuss the Mental Status Examination and its usefulness in identifying potential mental health concerns.
8. Discuss the initial engagement with an athlete experiencing a mental health concern and potential actions to assist the athlete.
